VANCOUVER – Starting Thursday, Nov. 12, Goldfish Pacific Kitchen will once again be open for lunch service. The popular Yaletown restaurant is famous for its Pacific Rim-inspired cuisine, and features dishes like crispy tofu with chile jam and spiced hoisin and the Tiger Beer-battered fish and chips with mint coriander purée, Napa cabbage coleslaw and aioli.

The specially designed lunch menu, available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, will also include signature $10 ‘gold plates,’ including the shiitake mushroom meatloaf with tomato hoisin jam, a confit of white shallots and roasted garlic jus, and the pan-roasted chicken breast made with bacon, thyme and ginger-baked apples.

“We are very pleased to offer lunch once again,” said William Tse, executive chef of Goldfish. “The menu is one we’ve thoroughly enjoyed creating as it provides guests, especially customers with business meetings, a destination to enjoy a quick and delicious meal without sacrificing taste or quality.”
