Mark McEwan Appointed Consulting Chef for Toronto Congress Centre

TORONTO — World-renowned chef Mark McEwan is the new consulting chef for the in-house culinary operations at Toronto Congress Centre (TCC).

McEwan will consult on all culinary activities within the convention facility, including menu planning for conferences, galas, meetings and events.
