TORONTO — Grub Content and Centennial College have launched a web series featuring chef Mark McEwan as he explores the talent, food and people shaping the culinary world.
The series — Chef to Chef with Mark McEwan — will take audiences on a journey with McEwan and a celebrated talent in culinary arts, to candidly share their war stories of successes, failures and passions, all while tasting the food that inspires them.
The first episode, featuring Toronto-based chef and restaurateur Grant van Gameren, premiered on July 5 on social channels and digital platforms. The second instalment, which will be released later this month, will feature Montreal-based chef Antonio Park at his newly opened restaurant, Pick 6ix.
