VAUGHAN, Ont. — To focus on his run in the upcoming provincial election, Mark Saunders has resigned from Recipe Unlimited’s Board of Directors and has withdrawn his name as a nominee for director at the company’s upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders.
“We would like to thank Mark for his contribution to Recipe and the Board of Directors and wish him well in all of his future endeavours,” says Paul Rivett, Chair of the Board, Recipe Unlimited.
Currently, there will be seven nominees proposed for election at the meeting: Kim Baird, Christy Clark, Stephen K. Gunn, Frank Hennessey, Christopher D. Hodgson, Sean Regan and Paul Rivett.
