MARKHAM, Ont. — MB International Brands announced it will acquire Fat Bastard Burrito Co. The transaction will combine Mary Brown’s Chicken and Fast Bastard Burrito Co., creating one of the largest privately held quick-service restaurant companies in Canada.

The transaction is expected to close on June 30.
