HUNT VALLEY, Md. — McCormick For Chefs is now offering three new chili spices and seasoning blends: Sriracha Seasoning, Crushed Chipotle Pepper, and Ground Jalapeño Pepper to its McCormick Culinary Line.
Used as a topical seasoning, marinade or recipe ingredient, the versatile spices can be used in grilling, roasting, smoking, sautéing and frying applications. “With more diners looking for spicy foods, the hot, bold flavour of chilies is a kitchen necessity,” said Jessica Schatz, brand marketing manager, Foodservice, McCormick For Chefs. “These versatile spices and blends cater to the distinct needs of chefs, making it faster and simpler to incorporate new taste experiences throughout any menu.”
Sriracha Seasoning is available in 6/22-oz.; Crushed Chipotle Pepper is available in 6/16-oz.; and Ground Jalapeño Pepper is available in 6/17-oz. packages.
