According to the CBC, hundreds of Winnipeg residents may have been the victims of debit card fraud after swiping their cards at a local McDonald’s Restaurant. “This is a very rare incident for McDonald’s,” spokesman Ron Christianson was reported as saying by the CBC. “We are in the process of working with our suppliers to even further protect ourselves and our customers against criminal activity.” For the complete story, click here.
