TORONTO — In an attempt to boost slumping sales and reinvent itself, McDonald’s is rolling out three new salads made from trendy kale.
Kale is currently being tested in McDonald’s turkey sausage and egg white bowl in southern California, and it will appear in Canada as part of the chain’s Caesar, Greek and Harvest Garden salads.
