TAMPA, Fla. — The Melting Pot, a casual-dining fondue restaurant chain, is looking for franchising partners in the Greater Toronto Area, offering single- and multi-unit opportunities in the Toronto and Mississauga, Ont. markets.
The fondue franchise has one unit in Edmonton. Execs will appear at the National Franchise & Business Opportunities Show in Toronto in early September to search for new partners.
The Melting Pot meals feature a cheese fondue course with artisanal bread and seasonal vegetables for dipping, plus entreés, such as Pacific White Shrimp, served with dipping options such as Ginger Plum, Teriyaki Glaze or Curry.
The company currently operates 135 units in the U.S., Canada and Mexico and has 25 restaurants in development internationally.
