VANCOUVER — Memphis Blues Barbeque House, a Western Canada chain, has opened its first downtown Vancouver location just in time for Canada Day celebrations.
The new unit is helmed by David, Rose and Ashley McDonald, veterans of the Vancouver restaurant scene. “We are extremely excited to now be a part of the Memphis Blues family,” says Ashley.
“We can’st wait to serve up some amazing southern grub, serving it alongside our vast bourbon list and our hand-picked selection of craft beer and wine.”
The restaurant’s July grand opening will feature limited-time discounts, prizes, giveaways, samples, music and more.
The Memphis Blues Barbeque House chain was launched by George Siu and Park Heffelfinger in Vancouver in September 2001 and has locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
