Michael Steh to Head Two New Restos

TORONTO — Chef Michael Steh, formerly of Red’s Bistro in Toronto, will serve as executive chef at two upcoming restaurants set to open in the city’s financial district — The Chase and The Chase Fish and Oyster.

According to Toronto Life, The Chase will serve North American cuisine with French and Italian influences, while The Chase Fish and Oyster will feature a seafood-inspired menu.

The two restaurants will be run by Steven Salm, formerly a manager at BLT Prime New York and Maple Leaf Square’s E11even; both restaurants are set to open in the Dineen building at Yonge and Temperance this summer.
