OTTAWA — Mill Street Brew Pub is preparing to open a new location in Ottawa’s historical LeBreton Flats district in a historical building on the south bank of the Ottawa River Friday, Jan. 27.
Brewmaster Adam Rader, under guidance from Toronto’s head brewmaster Joel Manning, plans to offer four beers brewed on-site as well as eight to 10 of Mill Street’s own beers from Toronto.
There will be food pairings, brewery tours and specialty beer samplings available at the 140-year-old location.
