TORONTO — Toronto’s Mill Street Brewery has opened a local pub called Beer Hall.

According to BlogTo, Beer Hall will feature bierschnaps, a very niche product produced at a few German breweries.

“It’s the first time in about 70 years grain spirit has been distilled down here,” said Joel Manning, brewmaster, as quoted by the GridTo. This will be the first time it premiered in Canada with Tankhouse Ale, Frambozen and Coffee Porter flavours.

Meanwhile, according to Toronto Life, the menu will feature classic pub fare, and beer will be used as an ingredient in almost every dish offered.

Beer Hall will host its official grand opening May 18.
