TORONTO — Canucks can now declare “It’s Miller Time,” as Miller Lite is now available for sale in Canada.
Made available by SABMiller Canada, based in Etobicoke, Ont., the American Light Lager is brewed from malted barley, cereal grains and hops and has a four-per-cent ABV and 89 calories per 355-ml can.
“Miller Lite is the original light beer. The one that defined the category,” said Stewart Cowan, VP, Marketing at SABMiller Canada. “Since launching in the ’70s, Miller Lite has been purpose-brewed to have great colour, aroma and taste. We know quality matters to light-beer drinkers, and we believe Miller Lite is the best-tasting light beer. However, that’s just our opinion, so we are inviting Canadian beer drinkers to try it and decide for themselves.”
It’s currently available at beer and liquor stores throughout Canada, except for Quebec.
