MONTREAL — MTY Food Group Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Timothy’s World Coffee and Mmmuffins from Threecaf Brands, Canada, Inc. The total consideration for the transaction is approximately $1.7 million.
MTY expects to move the operations of the two brands to its office in Richmond Hill, Ont. Jason Brading will lead operations of both Timothy’s World Coffee and Mmmuffins.
At closing, the combined networks operate 32 franchised and 7 corporately-operated locations.
