MONTREAL — MTY Food Group Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Allô! Mon Coco — a Quebec-based chain of gourmet breakfast-and-lunch restaurants.
Announced in April, the Allô! Mon Coco network currently comprises 39 franchised restaurants — 38 locations in Quebec and one in Ontario.
MTY intends to relocate the operations of Allô! Mon Coco to its offices in St-Laurent, Que. The current president of Allô! Mon Coco, Tom Bountis, will be staying on as president.
