TORONTO — Hundreds gathered outside Ganzi Osteria restaurant in downtown Toronto yesterday in hopes of buying a burger from California’s In-N-Out Burger, which hosted a pop-up shop from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Irving, Calif.-based quick-service restaurant has attracted a cult following for its fresh-made burgers and secret menu, featuring variations such as Animal Style — a burger topped with hand-leafed lettuce, tomato, a mustard-cooked beef patty, pickle and spread with grilled onions.

Toronto is one of many international pop-up locations where In-N-Out burger has opened. The brand recently popped-up in Peru, Australia and Chile.
