TORONTO — Naan & Kabob will debut its new Afghan-inspired brunch menu June 8.

“I’m truly excited to share with Toronto the exciting flavour profiles of these new dishes. Once again, our team has succeeded in marrying the complementary flavours of several unique food cultures. I hope our guests will taste the inspiration, born of fond memories of wholesome farm breakfasts shared with family,” says Fahim Ahmadi, director of Operations. “This new menu is an extension of our vision to continually evolve our offering in response to developing trends and the feedback of our valued guests.”

Available exclusively at its Afghan Tea Room near Yonge and Bloor Streets in Toronto, Naan & Kabob’s brunch lineup features more than a dozen creative new dishes, including Karahi-style eggs and Haleem — a sweet and savoury oatmeal dish slow cooked with cardamom and cinnamon. It will also offer pacha, a traditional breakfast soup slow simmered with beef, chickpeas, garlic and turmeric.
