TORONTO — A new board-game café is set to open in mid-April on Harbord Street in Toronto, reports BlogTO.
The Bampot Bohemian House of Tea & Board Games will operate in a cottage-style house inspired by Czech tea houses. Stocked with a collection of more than 150 board games, a hookah lounge and lots of tea and snacks, the owners are hoping to entice people to settle in and hangout.
Andrea and Mark Heins Newell are the husband and wife team behind the concept. The 30-seat tea house is expected to open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day but Tuesday. [blogto.com]
