MONTEBELLO, Que. — Jean-François Fortin is the new executive chef at the Fairmont Le Château Montebello in Montebello, Que.
Promoted from the position of executive sous chef, Fortin has also held various positions within the Fairmont hotel family.
He was restaurant chef at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and executive sous chef at the Fairmont Algonquin in St-Andrews by the Sea in New Brunswick.
