Cold Stone Creamery locations in Canada are now serving Tim Hortons Double Double flavored ice cream. “Double Double” is the most commonly ordered hot coffee drink country-wide at Tim Hortons stores” said Andrea Hughes, Cold Stone Creamery Canada’s resident ice-cream expert. “Double Double fans will recognize the flavour right away.”
The Tim Hortons Double Double ice cream was created by Cold Stone Creamery Canada’s chefs and food experts, to mimic the ‘double double’ coffee taste. The ice cream contains Tim Hortons proprietary blend of premium coffee and other ingredients. “There are many coffee-flavored ice creams but no one else can offer a Tim Hortons coffee flavor except Cold Stone Creamery,” said Hughes. It took more than a year to perfect the unique flavor profile of the new Double Double ice-cream.
A unique relationship between Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Creamery in Canada brings the fresh and premium ice-cream brand, known around the world, to more than 100 co-branded restaurants across the country. Double Double is now the second Tim Hortons-inspired flavor at Cold Stone Creamery Canada. Apple Fritter-flavored ice cream was launched earlier this year to celebrate the co-branded relationship.
