Le Gavroche owner, Manuel Ferreira, and chef, Robert Guest, will welcome guests, and Tinhorn’s winemaker and owner, Sandra Oldfield, to a seven-course meal and pairing of the winery’s award-wining vintages on Nov. 9.
Although, the dinner is an annual event, this time around there’s more to celebrate, as Ferreira and Tinhorn Creek mark the launch of the new restaurant, Miradoiro. The new space will open next spring on the Tinhorn Creek estate in Oliver, B.C, boasting fresh local flavours, in a 130-seat restaurant.
