TORONTO — New York Fries (NYF) has begun offering poutine kits, giving customers a new way to enjoy fresh poutine from the comfort of home.
The new kits are available in the large size for all of the brand’s poutine flavours from all NYF locations across Canada. The kits come with gravy, cheese curds and fresh-cooked fries, so all customers need do is reheat and assemble.
To mark the launch, NYF partnered with Turkey Farmers of Canada to celebrate the Easter holiday with a marketing campaign showcasing how customers can make a Roast Turkey Poutine at home using leftover turkey from the holiday.
Like many others in the industry, NYF has shifted its business model during the pandemic to prioritize safety and convenience. In addition to the launch of Poutine Kits, the brand rolled out delivery options to locations across the country in partnership with UberEats, DoorDash and SkipTheDishes earlier this year. The new poutine kits are available alongside other NYF menu items through these channels.
