Nominees Announced for Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2018

TORONTO — Air Canada has released its list of nominees for the 2018 instalment of Canada’s Best New Restaurants.

This year’s 30 finalists celebrate the diversity that is Canadian cuisine. Seven provinces are represented on the list, with Ontario-based restaurants receiving 12 nominations, Alberta receiving six and Quebec receiving five.

The annual list spotlights the top restaurants that have launched across the country during the last 12 months and deliver memorable experiences through quality, creativity and innovation.

The annual Top-10 ranking will be unveiled at a celebration in Toronto on October 25. The winners will also be showcased on canadasbestnewrestaurants.com and in the November issue of Air Canada’s enRoute magazine.
