Now Open: Brewhall


VANCOUVER — Tap & Barrel Restaurants has launched its new beer-focused concept — Brewhall — in Vancouver’s Brewery Creek neighbourhood.

Brewhall features a 10-tank craft brewery and food hall with a beer-focused main bar, as well as a second-floor DrinkLab specializing in cocktail creations. DrinkLab also functions as Tap & Barrel’s test bar and will focus on product development and beverage innovation.

The restaurant offers dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, including skillet corn with cotija cheese, citrus and smoked-paprika salt ($7.75); the Vietnamese hot dog with pickled vegetables, mayo, sriracha, cilantro and green onion ($8.23); ahi-tuna poke with sesame-citrus marinade, cucumber, avocado, sesame and wontons ($12.25); pan pizzas ($9.75 to $11.75); and a selection of customizable bowls ($10 to $16.50).
