MONTREAL — The owners of Nora Gray have launched a new restaurant in Montreal. Elena is a 65-seat casual pizza-focused eatery.
For the project — which will also feature P.S. Café in the spring — Nora Gray’s Emma Cardarelli and Ryan Gray partnered with principal Marley Sniatowsky, who helped open Loïc and Choice Harbour.
The kitchen, helmed by Cardarelli, offers wood-fired pizzas ($14 to $21), as well as Italian dishes including gnocco fritto ($13), a kale Caesar salad ($13), spaghetti verde ($20) and a half-rabbit roasted in the wood oven ($25).
The offerings at Elena put a focus on natural fare, with naturally leavened dough and a selection of natural wine — the majority of which are sourced from Italy.
