TORONTO — Entice Culinary Lounge has opened its doors in Toronto’s Queen St. W. neighbourhood. The upscale bistro offers a globally inspired menu and signature cocktails in a stylish atmosphere that transitions to a social space in the evening.

The kitchen at is led by chef Ryan Wilson-Lall — formerly of Frank at the AGO and Le Germain Hotel Maple Leaf Square — with a menu featuring a selection of seasonal ingredients and in-house specialties such as Carbonara raviolo with bacon, cremini, whipped porcini egg white, crispy basil, pecorino cheese and roasted garlic mascarpone filling; wild boar ragu with fresh pasta made in-house and whipped sheep ricotta; and no-bake chocolate biscuit cake with toasted walnuts and raspberry sorbet.

“Entice is a great addition to the Queen West community,” says executive Wilson-Lall. “Growing up in Toronto, I had access to a wide range of global flavours, which translates into my menu, and we’re excited to be offering that experience not only for dinner, but brunch and late night as well.”

Designed and created by Charles Shao of Cricket Design, the restaurant features contemporary elements built-in throughout the modern space. The visual bar top boasts a number of large screens along the entire length of the bar and the open-concept space allows an easy flow from the bar to the 72-seat dining area. The private dining area, complete with global wine locker, offers a more exclusive experience. The kitchen is located behind solid glass — giving guests an insider’s look into the operation.
