TORONTO — Montreal-based Indian concept, SpiceBros, opened its first Toronto location at Bloor St. W. and Islington on Jan. 19.

Its innovative menu offers twists on traditional Indian favourites, such as tandoori fried-chicken sandwiches, butter-chicken poutine, Bro Bowls and battered chicken kebabs. Its “Frankie Rolls” are naan wraps that can be filled with protein options such as saag paneer, masala chickpeas, fish, cauliflower, or chicken, then topped with various veggie and sauce options.

SpiceBros, which currently has seven locations in Quebec, will be launching three new products for the Toronto opening: chilli scorpion wings, Punjabi fried chicken and a fish filet “Ocean” burger.

Its grand opening on Jan. 29 will offer the first 100 customers a free butter-chicken poutine, discounted Bro Bowls for $10 and $1 mango lassi.

There will also be a $75 gift card awarded for the best Instagram post of the day and a $100 gift card for best TikTok post of the day.

SpiceBros is available for delivery from them on all major apps and the chain is planning to open five more locations in Ontario over the next 16 months.
