VANCOUVER — Chef J.C. Poirier’s latest venture launched this week in Vancouver. The Quebec-inspired — fittingly named St. Lawrence — is helmed by chef de cuisine Ashley Kurtz.
The restaurant was designed by Ste. Marie and boasts a small an intimate atmosphere with a homey feel.
St. Lawrence’s menu features French-Canadian flavours, such as venison tourtiere, duck ballotine and tarte au sucre and riz au lait.
