DARTMOUTH, N.S. — Charlottetown’s Upstreet Craft Brewing has opened a spin-off brewery and restaurant in Dartmouth, N.S.
Upstreet BBQ Brewhouse offers brewed-on-site versions of several Upstreet brands, as well as a rotating selection of one-off and seasonal brews. A selection of mixed drinks are also available, including The Shaker, which features bourbon, blueberry and crème soda
The restaurant, overseen by chef Bill Pratt and his team from Chef Inspired Group of Restaurants, features a menu of authentic southern-barbecue dishes, including ribs, brisket and cheddar-and-beer sausage, alongside sides such as house-made pickled vegetables, potato salad, sweet & sour cider slaw and BBQ beer baked beans.
