Now Open: Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar


WHISTLER, B.C. — Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar has opened in Whistler, B.C. Partners of the restaurant include Neil Henderson, award-winning restaurant director; chef Alex Chen, winner of Iron Chef and Vancouver Magazine’s Chef of the Year; and Jack Evrensel, Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee and founder and former operator of Toptable Group.

Touted as “The Most Important Whistler Restaurant Opening in a Decade” by Vancouver Magazine, Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar focuses on elevated Pacific-Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood and local ingredients developed by executive chef Derek Bendig. Menu items include Fanny Bay oysters, chilled seafood towers, seared scallops, fish soup provençal, lobster with black-cod agnolotti, asparagus and chive butter, and more.

Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday. The bar is open from 4 p.m. and dinner is served from 5:30 p.m.
