NRA Show Announces Star-studded Chef Line-up

CHICAGO — The National Restaurant Association (NRA) has announced its culinary line-up for the upcoming NRA Show, held May 21 to 24 in Chicago.

Participating chefs include Rohini Dey, a leading restaurateur and owner of Vermillion; Terry French, winner of Food Network’s World Extreme Chef; Jose Garces, chef and owner of Garces, a Philadelphia-based hospitality group that operates more than 15 restaurants across the U.S.; Rick Bayless, winner of Top Chef Masters and chef/owner of Frontera, Xoco & Topolobampo; Maneet Chauhan, James Beard Award-winner, and owner of Chauhan Ale & Masala House in Nashville, Tenn.; Graham Elliot, chef of the two Michelin-starred Graham Elliot Bistro; Robert Irvine, owner of Robert Irvine Foods, a company with a line of nutritionally improved foods and host of Restaurant: Impossible.

Other chefs include: Vivian Howard, a James Beard-nominated chef and owner of Chef & the Farmer and The Boiler Room in Kinston, N.C.; Lorena Garcia, a Venezuelan-born restaurateur, chef, and author; Pat Neely, owner of Neely’s Barbecue Parlor in New York; and Ming Tsai, chef/owner of Blue Ginger in Wellesley, Mass.
