TORONTO — Nügateau, Canada’s first, éclair-only patisserie, announced the official opening of its newest location in Toronto’s Square One Shopping Centre. Following a successful eight-month pop-up this year, Nügateau now operates a permanent kiosk inside Square One.
The new Square One kiosk will continue to serve Nügateau’s sweet and savoury fan-favourites, including the Romeo Praline éclair and Caprese brioche.
“After the success of our pop-up, the entire Nügateau team is thrilled we’re now able to have a permanent presence at Square One,” says owner and pastry chef Atul Palghadmal. “This new location allows us to bring our authentic, hand-made éclairs to the west end.”
The brand is also releasing its limited-time fall flavours and 2019 Holiday collection.
