LAVAL, Que. — Nutella can be spread on just about everything, according to an entrepreneur who is betting his new Nutella-focused eatery will appeal to the Laval, Que. crowds.
On the heels of the announcement of a New York City-based Nutella restaurant, Nutelleria NY, another concept, Eatella, is set to open in Laval in November or December. The eatery, which focuses on breakfast, brunch and dessert, will offer a menu of 60 chocolate-hazelnut inspired creations, including crêpes and pizzas, priced $11 to $19. Customers will also be able to sip on Nutella-based martinis.
Owner Ralph Khalil told Eater Montreal a second location is slated to open in Montreal in 2015.
