Ocean Choice Reinvents


ST. JOHN’S, N.L. — Ocean Choice International (OCI) is stepping up its game with a new corporate brand that includes a logo and tagline — see food differently — that hones in on the company’s three pillars: customer service, product quality and sustainability, a concept that is displayed on its new website.

“Our new brand aligns with our business strategy for current and long-term success,” said Martin Sullivan, CEO. “The fresh design echoes our commitment to sustainability, innovation and leadership and gives our customers a sense of our premium seafood products and our commitment to meaningful business relationships.”

The new image is positioned to give customers a more “up-close and personal” feel for the texture, colour and detail of the company’s products, which are all in the process of being third-party accredited. Meanwhile, three of its major fisheries have MSC certification.

“As we see recovery in several key species, OCI, as a vertically integrated seafood company, will evolve and grow,” said Sullivan. “Our new positioning supports our differences and leadership.”

OCI is one of Canada’s vertically integrated seafood harvesting, processing and marketing companies with operations throughout Atlantic Canada and sales and marketing offices around the world.
