TORONTO — Kostuch Media’s late president and group publisher Mitch Kostuch will be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award (posthumous) during the upcoming Ontario Hostelry Institute (OHI) Gold Awards dinner, held April 23 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto.
Two other members of the hospitality industry will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards, including John Rothschild, vice-chair, Cara Operations and Grey Sisson, chairman, SIR Corp.
This year, the Gold Award honorees are: Aaron Ciancone and Jeff Crump, Pearle Hospitality Group (Foodservice Chain/Group Operator); Rob Gentile and the King Street Food Company (Independent Restaurateur); Robert Housez, GM, Delta Meadowvale & Conference Centre (Hotelier); John Higgins, director and corporate chef, George Brown College Chef School (Educator); Claudia Bianchi, culinary producer and food stylist (Media); Keith Froggett, executive chef, Scaramouche (Chef); Dean Noble, president of Gordon Food Service (Supplier); and Ruth Klahsen, cheesemaker and owner, Monforte Dairy (Artisan).
