ST. CATHARINES, Ont. — There’s a new online resource where restaurateurs can search and buy Ontario-produced wines, with the launch of winesplash.ca.
“Our goal is to build brand awareness of our winery partners and to make it easy for Ontarians to learn about, purchase and enjoy an outstanding selection of those hard-to-find Ontario fine wines,” said Mike Shepard, president of winesplash.ca.
Local wine expert Rick VanSickle hand-selected many of the wines featured on the site and recommended pairing options.
Buyers can purchase one brand at a time or mix and match. Wine orders are generally delivered within 48 hours.
