Ontario Place Attractions to Close

TORONTO — Although the Ontario government has closed Cinesphere, water park and amusement rides at Ontario place as redevelopment plans are hammered out, Atlantis Pavilions will remain open.

The Molson Amphitheatre and the Marina will also remain open.

According to Finance Minister Dwight Duncan, the province will save $20 million by closing the Toronto attractions while planning for redevelopment.
