Oye Set to Debut at Assembly Chef’s Hall


TORONTO — Chef and restaurateur Hemant Bhagwani is set to open his latest venture, Oye, at the Assembly Chef’s Hall in Toronto. 

The restaurant is set to open on March 13 and will be the first full-servic, independently run restaurant inside the space. 

Oye offers a casual-dining atmosphere with an extensive cocktail list and menu focused on Indian street food and other signature Indian dishes with a twist. 

Some of the items featured on Oye’s menu include steamed idli ($16.50), spicy lamb vindaloo ($17.50), butter chicken masala ($16.50), chickpea fries ($8.50) and masala-peanut bhel ($8.50).
