MONTREAL — PayFacto, an integrated solution for restaurants, has acquired iShopFood Inc., a company specializing in online-ordering software. The acquisition allows PayFacto to offer a full range of services, such as online ordering, kitchen-display systems, kiosks and QR-code payments.
