TORONTO — Later this month, the homebrewing collective People’s Pint Brewing will be opening a commercial brewery and taproom at the site of the former Junction Craft Brewing, according to Canadian Beer News.
For the launch weekend, guests will be able to sample from a dozen beers available on tap and in the retail shop, including Helles Island American Helles Lager, Mango Fett Milkshake IPA, Chinook of the North APA. and several other beers brewed in collaboration with local brewers and homebrewers. Chef Adisa Glasgow will be on hand to serve up “Trinidad-Fusion” food to the guest.
