MONTREAL— Microbrasserie Pit Caribou, a brewery located on Gaspé Peninsula in Quebec, will open its first brewpub in Montreal.

The pub is set to open in the former Les Pas Sages bar located in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood. While the beer menu hasn’t been set, a collection of craft beer is expected to be on tap. The pub will also serve its own brand, which could include its 100-per-cent malt La Blonde de l’Anse, its 475 Blanche de Pratto with coriander and citrus notes, or its Tennessee series, a selection of beer fermented in American whiskey barrels.

The pub is set to open in May.
