TORONTO — In response to COVID-19, Pizza Nova has expanded its grocery assortment in order to provide a solution to the communities it presently serves via contactless delivery and pickup.
In addition to the Primucci grocery products that were already available in-store and via delivery, the rebranded Grocery Mercato now includes fresh produce and Italian grocery staples.
Customers can now order groceries with their pizza at any one of Pizza Nova’s more than 140 province-wide locations. Along with its already successful line of Primucci grocery products, Grocery Mercato offers dried pasta to complement the Primucci Homestyle Tomato Sauce; salad components, such as fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and green peppers; Primucci extra virgin olive oils; Ciabatta buns; Soppressata salami; and grated Parmagiano.
Customers will be able to get these essentials within the same time frame that they would get their pizzas through contactless delivery and pickup.
