TORONTO — Pizza Pizza celebrated the grand opening of a new Halifax store, at 4 Forest Hills Parkway, this past weekend with a ribbon cutting, followed by a community pizza party.
The new site is owned and operated by Halifax’s Grafton Connor Group, which owns a handful of units in the area.
“In the Grafton Connor Group, we’ve found a professional and motivated partner that lives by our core values of innovation, customer service, quality and community. We’re thrilled with our relationship to date,” said Pat Finelli, chief marketing officer, Pizza Pizza, of the partnership that is now in its third year.
Pizza Pizza continues to grow across the country, having added 18 locations in the past three years. The menu at the Halifax locations include signature Pizza Pizza fare, plus the new donair offering, featuring diced onions, tomatoes, donair sauce and seasoned beef on a warm pita or, in pizza format, with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, onions, donair sauce and seasoned beef.
