EDMONTON — Edmonton is set to become the home of Plow & Harvest, a new “fresh-casual” dining concept.
The 210-seat eatery will offer comfort foods, craft beer and wines with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. The restaurant team will source and promote local ingredients.
“Supporting local purveyors allows us to offer the finest quality ingredients for our guests even as we support Edmonton businesses. Most importantly, it’s about providing exceptional food experiences,” said James Bailey, Plow & Harvest’s consulting chef. “We’sre doing this with a chef-crafted menu, featuring a number of unique items crafted from fresh, local products that range from an Alberta Beef Frontier French Dip to a Vegan Deviled Eggless Salad Sandwich [to a] signature Buttermilk Fried Chicken.”
Plow & Harvest (located at Stony Plain Road and 170th Street) is set to open Aug. 16.
