MEULAN, France — Canada’s Véronique Rousseau is among 19 contestants from across the globe preparing for the World Chocolate Masters Final scheduled to take place in Paris, France from Oct. 10 to 21.
“During this three day-competition, 19 contestants will create a chocolate showpiece, a pastry, a chocolate dessert, a moulded and an enrobed praline and Aztec necklace,” reads the press release promoting the event organized by the gourmet chocolate brands Callebaut, Cacao Barry and Carma.
A panel of judges from around the world will evaluate the finalists who will compete for money and professional materials in the event’s fourth edition.
