Published on Main, a modern full-service restaurant, opened its doors Dec. 20, 2019 in Vancouver.
The restaurant’s menu was created by executive chef Gus Stiefenhoffe-Brandson and features a wide variety of dishes such as duck wings ($15), lamb neck ($36) and prawn toast ($18).
In addition to dinner service, the restaurant is fully licensed and serves everything from wine and beer to cocktails such as the Published Martini ($19), L’etranger ($14), Bramble ($15) and Corpse Reviver No.1 ($24).
