MONCTON, N.B. — Quebec-based Pür & Simple will open its first Atlantic Canadian restaurant on March 27 at the site of the former Big League Burgers & Wings location on 1909 Mountain Road, according to Huddle Today.
The new restaurant will offer approximately 100 seats in a 3,600-sq.-ft. space, and will serve for breakfast French toast, omelettes and eggs benedict, while burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads and entrées, including chicken skillet, will be on the menu for lunch. It also offers smoothies, specialty coffees and fruit juices.
Pür & Simple plans to eventually open 15 locations in Atlantic Canada.
