WOLFVILLE, N.S. — Devour! The Food Film Fest has announced the addition of musician and culinary entrepreneur Questlove to the program lineup for its 2018 installment.
Questlove will join 2018 festival co-host Ali Hassan (comedian, chef and CBC host) onstage for an intimate conversation about food issues, culinary creativity and his infamous Food Salons. Following the interview, Questlove will also participate in a book signing featuring his book, Something to Food About, which explores creativity in cooking with 10 of America’s most innovative chefs.
Though best known as a musician and frontman of The Roots, he’s also an influential figure in the culinary world. He’s appeared as a guest judge on Top Chef and currently hosts a series of Food Salons with world-renowned and innovative chefs out of his apartment in New York.
