TORONTO — Rendez-Vous Gourmet Quebec is holding its first-ever Vancouver event on April 3.
The trade show, held at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts’ (PICA) Bistro 101 Restaurant, is designed to allow food professionals in B.C. to rediscover the flavours of Quebec. Chefs, distributors, brokers, independent food retailers and food-retail chains are invited to meet Quebec-based artisans and share their passion for culinary arts.
Rendez-Vous Gourmet Quebec is presented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in Québec (MAPAQ); the Bureau du Québec à Toronto and its Agrifood attaché David Dupuy; PICA; and Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) in collaboration with Restaurants Canada.
